    Yes! Our team of qualified dispensing technicians and pharmacists are only a phone call or email away to provide the best service for your care.

    Whether it’s big or small, you and your health are our biggest priority.

    Do you charge for delivery?

    Delivery is FREE* within the UK and with your consent can be sent to any address of your choice. It can be posted through your letter box, left in a safe place or have it signed for, the choice is yours. *conditions apply. 

    How much does this service cost?

    It’s absolutely FREE*! 

    How do we receive your prescriptions from your doctors?

    Once you have registered with us (by filling in the form on the web page), we will request your prescription from your GP via the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS).

    What if it does not work out?
    We are confident that once you have signed up to East Midlands Pharmacy Lincoln NHS FREE prescription service, you will not look back!
     
    If, however, you decide that a prescription postal service isn’t for you and you would like to cancel your arrangement with us, that’s no problem at all. Sometimes things just do not work out, and we will be sad to see you go.
     
    Simply email us putting ‘cancellation’ in the subject line and be sure to include your name, date of birth and address in the main email so that we can successfully process your cancellation on our system. Don’t forget to leave us a reason why you are breaking up with us.
